  • Group questions under competency headings

Your Rating Scales

As well as setting up your own scoring key, you can also create different scoring choices for individual questions. Each choice can include a description to assist the user in scoring accurately.

Your Workflow

Starting appraisals could not be easier. Both line managers and HR administrators can start appraisals whenever they wish.

Choose whether you wish employees to select participants of their 360 appraisal, or allow managers or HR administrators to set them up.

Users receive emails explaining exactly what to do to choose their respondents, sign off choices and provide feedback. Using our innovative email editing system, these can be designed and written to your specification and edited when needed.

Completed reviews can be published to the employee or remain viewable to only managers. Reports can also be published without any comments visible so that anonymity is protected.

Track Progress

HR can maintain control at all times by means of an intuitive dashboard screen.

The HR administrator has an at-a-glance, umbrella view of the entire appraised organisation and current appraisal activity, from which they can drill down to view specific review details. They can view data such as:

  • How many reviews are underway
  • The progress status of each review
  • Which reviews are awaiting manager sign-off
  • How many reviews an individual is involved in

This provides the HR team with total control and ensures that reviews are implemented and completed quickly and efficiently.

Managers can view exactly the same progress reports for their direct reports and can send reminders or substitute participants in order to keep the process moving.

Reporting

Carbon360's flexible and powerful reporting features mean that you can generate reports according to your specific needs, from individual user data to organisation wide comparisons, in a format to suit you.

Reporting is critical to any appraisal system. It is vital that data can be collated and used both as a tool to aid employees' development, and as a contributor to wider organisational planning. With Carbon360, reports can be generated either to view on screen or download in PDF format.

With Carbon360 you can also customise the report with your branding and include additional content such as guidelines or action plans.
