Element78 targets talent at HRSS 2010
Element78 returns to the HR software show for the fifth year with its Carbon360 automated appraisal software. The product, designed as a flexible and configurable review solution, aids talent strategies and this feature is highlighted at the 2010 event.

Element78 reports success of SaaS Model
Element78, developers of Carbon360 – 360 appraisal software, reports strong interest and uptake in its SaaS model since its launch at HRSS 2009.
The company also confirms an expanding user base for its Enterprise model and its annual Pay-as-you-go product.
The HR software and web specialist introduced Carbon360 in 2005, when the company successfully entered the market with its powerful browser-based product. The pay per review model is meeting demand from companies with ad hoc/ gradual role-out requirements and non company wide applications.
Reporting on the success of the SaaS model, Iain Rhodes Managing Director of Element78 said:
