As with any major software purchase you want to know that your investment is backed up by accessible, professional support when things go wrong or when extra help and guidance is needed. We fully recognise the need for industry leading support.

Rather than provide just one method of contacting us, we understand the need for choice and also to respond appropriately to the different needs and potential urgency of a support query. To cater for this we have launched 3 types of support:-

  • Users can log in to our web site and place a call 24 hours a day via our online support system. You can return any time to check on the status of the query.
  • Users can contact our first line support team directly by phone or email. Many queries will be handled at this stage or may be handed up to our 2nd line support technicians.
  • Our 3rd line of response enables you to speak directly to our development or training team to enable complex issues to be resolved.

We also recognise that different businesses have varying levels of infrastructure to deal with general questions from users being appraised. Because of this we offer support for the following groups.

  • Administrators only. This means that we deal with questions and support queries from trained system administration staff only.
  • All users. Where required we offer 1st line support for each user of the system in the organisation, removing the need for any internal support mechanism.

With support starting from just £2 per user per year the choices are both flexible and affordable.
