To fully understand these options we provide professional, structured training for those who will be involved with the administration and running of the system.
Lasting a full day, training can be held at your own premises or at other training facilities around the country. Each element of the system is considered and by the end of the day a student will confidently be able to:-
- Configure the system options
- Set up the user database, review options etc
- Model and configure your own competency framework
- Roll out a 360 appraisal program
- Collate and produce individual and enterprise reporting.
Each student completing the training successfully will qualify as a CCA (Certified Carbon360 Administrator) and receive a certificate.
